We have got some GREAT results using DO follow blog comments and top commentators on various niches.

Here are the details for both the above mentioned services :

1) Do follow blog comments :
Some of the blogs don’t have no follow attribute in the comments section of their blogs. Thus comments in those blogs can have a good link to your site.
For example : http://www.seotops.com/ : this is a PR 4 blog and the comments are do follow. Thus you can see we can easily generate lots of links through posting comments on posts like http://www.seotops.com/japanese-submissions_398/.
The links obtained though this method will be high quality, related, incontent links which google loves.

2) Top Commentators :
Some blogs give site wide links to the top commentators, thus this can be another source of do follow links from authority sites (which otherwise wont be possible in any other way other than paying them).
For Example : www.shoemoney.com is a PR 6 site having high authority and 10k + daily uniques. We can be in the top commentators by posting around 3 comments for each post he makes on regular basis.
We have made a list of such sites in every niche and are using this method widely for promotions of various clients and are getting good results in google  by doing the same.

Initially we did it as a test on our own websites and then repeated the process for some of our premium clients, and we got Excellent results.

To determine whether a link or website having rel= “nofollow” attribute attached is passed on anchor text weight, one need to build few links to the Beanstalk homepage from few forums that are automatically added to rel= “nofollow”. Links used for anchor text are bsiseoinc (with keywords fitting into two criteria).

The Beanstalk homepage among Google results for a phrase becomes visible despite the term appearing nowhere on it and no links pointing to it with that keyword which contains no rel= “nofollow” attribute.

How much weight exactly each link has is not known. The common belief that anchor text from rel= “nofollow” link pass weight only if site had other links using same anchor text that were not blocked was ritually followed till now. But this is not clearly the case. Now it is clear that anchor text don’t hold as much weight as a standard link as the Beanstalk homepage appears low in results at this time.

The next test is to determine how much weight a link with rel= ‘nofollow” passes. The test will stretch over months as two sites will be building to complete unused term. One would get only rel= “nofollow” links and other will get standard links only which will help to determine how many rel= “nofollow” links will be required to beat site with followed links when all else are equal.

If the website or blog has intention to provide information or to op0erate a website on a non profit making basis, then combination of search engine optimization and blogging will work to perk up traffic level to website. If making money is sole aim for website which can be either for paying bit extra to credit cards or as only means of income, one can use blog and design website properly to enhance traffic flow.

Search Engine Optimization

SEO or search engine optimization is first and quick way towards improved traffic levels of website. If website looks good to search engines then it will have higher chances of being listed. Google is the best and one needs to be listed among top in Google and rest of search engines will follow it themselves. Each web page and even home page should be designed around one keyword or key phrase. Using more than one key phrase for a page will hamper and web developer will fail to gather traffic to website.

Meta tags should be avoided or used only if one has time. They can’t be used for quick way. The page title should be put in <title>….<title> tags and should even include page keyword in it. It is not necessary that only keyword should be used a line can be used to describe web page but should essentially include keyword in it. For instance, if keyword for a web page is ‘using blogs’ so title can be modified to ‘using bogs and SEO to make money.’ Also for key phrase ‘weight loss’ one can use ‘check great weight loss programs’ as title.

This way one can get an optimized size title which should not be too short or too long. Web developer can also utilize keyword in attractive and efficient manner. The first headline or heading should be put in H1 html tags but one need not worry of purity of html as Google doesn’t give a throw as long it can understand H1 tags and title.

If one has graphics such as payment graphics provided by Clickbank adding an alt relation to it : <img=….alt=”using blogs image 1″> is beneficial. This graphic will also reinforce the information that theme of page is using blogs.

Keyword should be used in first 100 characters of body html for example title ‘using blogs’ can be expressed as “Using blogs in combination with good webpage SEO has been proved time and again an extremely effective technique in the science of making money. The secret is to understand the needs of bloggers and of search engine users, and how to combine the two into a single money-generating machine that one can design to work on autopilot while you work on your next money-spinning project.”

In this illustrated pattern keyword is used as heading and is included among first line of 100 characters description of page. Keyword and rest of title is used immediately in first sentence. Keyword can also be used again in last line which will attract crawlers and give a head start to competitors.

The theme of bog can be continued and one can have another section on same page with related heading as “using SEO and blogs”. It should be contained within H2 tags which expands on theme of blogs and SEO and introduce concept of using blogs and web pages together to mutual benefit.

Internal Linking Strategy

It needs to be done on each page but every page should be optimized for different keywords that have been identified as being worth while to use for website. Apart from utilizing SEO and keywords, one must also design internal linking strategy for best advantage. Strategy should be such that it allows visitors to easily navigate between pages and reach pages they want to see such as privacy policy and contact details.

It also means leading search engine spider to dance to developer’s tunes and not on Google tunes. Spider can lead to pages one want it to see when required and can even bar it from seeing those pages that it doesn’t have to see. Pages barred from spiders can be navigated by humans by simply placing a big ‘humans only’ sign above door which won’t let spiders get in.

Blogging

Blogs should be updated indicating every change in website, and should even be optimized for different keywords which are used by website. Blogs with keywords work best for web pages and also bring website into healthy competition with competitors.

Articles in blogs are different from article directories which advertise only limited websites or products. Blogs can be used to advertise number of websites and products. This is one of major benefit of blogs when used in conjunction with websites. Blogs can be used to advertise website and similarly website can be used to advertise blogs. In both way links between both sites will be benefited and over all increase in web traffic will result.

If blog is pinged to every website one is registered with then one can get more traffic to website than one would have got using SEO only. Blogs are free so they can be very beneficial in promoting website.

Conclusion

If web developer uses easy SEO and takes care of all elements mentioned, one will get great chances of website home page being listed high on Google and other search engines. If one uses blogs to advertise site not only to other bloggers but also to social bookmarks and numerous websites that can be joined, than one can achieve success in less time.

If blogging and website working is not utilized together for traffic flow than one may not be successful.

• If there is any gap between the anchor text and document linking it which may be possibly due to changes in domain ownership, Google can look at time this occurred and can even ignore all valuable links to document prior to event.
• People linking to document should use appropriate anchor text for linking. Google analyses the unique words, bigrams (pair of letters, words or syllables) and phrases in anchor text for a document.
• Google analyzes graphs or unique words, bigrams and phrases in anchor text and checks if information is correct or not. Results created artificially show spiky graphs while natural data shows organic graphs.
• One should not SPAM or try to SPAM he search engine with help of unscrupulous link trading or search companies as it can lead to website being black listed, lowered ranking or even worse site can also get banned.
